AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Carlos Vieira Racing Inc.

51FIFTY Apparel website is comprised of various web pages operated by Carlos Vieira Racing Inc.

The 51FIFTY Apparel website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

Your use of the 51FIFTY Apparel website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the 51FIFTY Apparel website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the 51FIFTY Apparel website.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the 51FIFTY Apparel website, you warrant to Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. that you will not use the 51FIFTY Apparel website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the 51FIFTY Apparel website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the 51FIFTY Apparel website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the 51FIFTY Apparel website. TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. General to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. as a result of this agreement or use of the Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. website. Carlos Vieira Racing Inc.'s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Carlos Vieira Racing Inc.'s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the 51FIFTY Apparel website or information provided to or gathered by Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. with respect to the Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. with respect to the Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents are drawn up in English.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Currently we are only offering Ground Shipping. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing time before shipping. Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Carlos Vieira Racing Inc. charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

How Do You Ship Your Orders?

Orders within the United States are shipped by UPS. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days from receipt by us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to UPS backups.

What if an item is out of stock?

Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail. If we must back order an item that is part of a larger order, the items we do have in stock will ship and the backordered item will ship when we have them back in stock.

Returns

3 REASONS FOR RETURNS:

Wrong Size.
Wrong Item Shipped.
Defective Item.

* Simply return your product with a note of the reason on a copy of your packing slip / invoice *

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached.
Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
If you were to receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your return or exchange.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
